Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Concierge Executive to warmly greet and assist tenants and visitors within a lobby-based setting. You will act as the knowledge hub for the asset and local precinct, delivering premium service and fostering a sense of community and convenience.
In this role, you will contribute to tenant activation initiatives, represent the Accor brand, and participate in CX training to continually improve the customer experience. A National Police Check will be required.
