About the Role
n
As our new Senior Associate you will:
n
n
Lead and grow the firm's Business Advisory service line
n
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with business owners, industry partners, and local networks
n




Provide high-level strategic advisory, tax planning, and commercial insights to clients
n
Manage a high-performing accounting & advisory team
n
Drive new business opportunities and support firm-wide growth initiatives
n
Review complex engagements and ensure high technical & service standards
n
Contribute to internal strategy, process improvement, and leadership development
n
n
This role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills.
n
What You'll Bring

Extensive experience in public practice with a strong advisory focus
n
CA/CPA qualification
n
Proven ability to deliver high-value business advice and strategic guidance
n
Existing referral relationships or strong networking capability
n
Leadership experience managing senior accountants and advisory teams
n
Excellent communication, commercial insight, and client-facing presence
n
A growth mindset and commitment to building long-term client relationships
