We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing and Storesperson to join our team in Landsdale HQ.
n
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Purchasing and Storesperson will be responsible for providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely support to our mining operations through effective inventory management, warehousing, purchasing and logistics activities.
n
Working closely with the Operational team, you will ensure critical parts, consumables and equipment are available when required, while maintaining accurate inventory records and upholding strong safety standards.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate pricing and stock records, track movements, conduct regular price and stock checks, and implement controls to optimise stock levels.
n
Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Coordinate incoming goods with accurate documentation and quality inspection, and manage timely dispatch to site.
n
Order Processing:



Process and fulfil purchase orders for critical build/operational items.
n
Warehouse Organisation: Optimise the warehouse layout for storage efficiency and accessibility, and ensuring a clean and safe dispatch and stock area.
n
Support effective communication regarding supply chain and inventory.
n
Working closely with the Senior Purchasing Officer and Site Supervisors to ensure timely supply.
n
Forklift operations.
n
Other adhoc duties as required/directed.
n
n
Experience/Qualifications:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
n
Experience with inventory management systems. PeopleTray advantageous.
n
Current forklift (LF) licence and WA C Class Drivers Licence required.
n
Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with accuracy maintained under pressure.
n
Effective communication (written & verbal) and collaboration across departments and suppliers.
n
Exceptional attention to detail.
n
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
n
Able to pass a pre-employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen.
