One For The Road is a family owned hospitality group behind some of Fremantle's favourite venues - South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern and Bicton Tavern. We're all about great food, relaxed vibes, and creating places people want to hang out.

We're on the hunt for a Venue Manager to lead the team at the Federal Hotel. With a strong food and beverage offering, live sport, entertainment, a busy functions calendar and 21 hotel rooms, this is a fast paced, high energy venue that needs someone who can own it.

What you'll be doing
n

Running day-to-day venue operations (open to close)
n
Leading, training and motivating the team
n
Managing service flow during busy periods
n
Handling cash, stock control and reporting
n
Delivering great customer experiences (every shift)
n
Keeping the venue sharp - clean, compliant and on point
n
Driving systems,



structure and consistency
n
Coming up with new ways to drive revenue and the business forward
n
Planning and executing large format events throughout the year
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven experience in a management role
n
Strong leadership and people skills
n
Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems quick
n
Experience with H&L; POS (preferred)
n
Tanda rostering experience (nice to have)
n
First Aid + Food Safety cert (preferred)
n
n
