Key Responsibilities:Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Performance Coordinator will be responsible for leading day to day affiliate marketing activity and assisting our paid media specialists on paid social platform builds.Day to DayWork with our affiliate marketing partners to brief student marketing campaigns, report on affiliate advertising and optimise affiliate placementsWork closely with internal creative teams to brief affiliate asset requirements,



ensure correct specs and placements.Manage and dispatch partnership codes across our affiliate partner networksReconcile transaction inquiries across our affiliate networkBuild and traffic paid social advertisements across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram)TikTokSnapchatPinterestEnsure day to day campaign implementation is correct - maintaining accurate media tracking and measurementExperience working with external publisher teams and platform teams is essentialMinimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or media services (publisher, in-house or agency)Ideally has minimum 1 year experience across a self serve platform e.g. META Ads ManagerProven ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environmentStrong organisational skills and a cooperative mindsetStunning new office located in Rosebery with on-site parking availableFull access to White Fox Wellness, including on-site pilates, newly equipped gym, and saunaUnlimited access to the in-house coffee bar and kitchen stocked with a selection of treatsGenerous monthly clothing allowance plus ongoing staff discountsRegular team events and internal celebrationsLong-term career growth opportunities within one of Australia's fastest-growing fashion companies
