We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our members and guests while fostering a positive and supportive culture for our team.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced hospitality leader who is ready to take ownership, lead by example and play a key role in the Club's future success.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and hands-on Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club and ensure exceptional service standards are delivered across all areas of the business.Reporting to Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading frontline teams, driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance standards and ensuring a safe, seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting teams across bar, gaming, functions and general operationsDelivering outstanding customer service and handling escalated customer concernsSupervising staff performance, training and daily work allocationEnsuring compliance with RSA, RCG and Club policies and proceduresMaintaining high standards of presentation, safety and venue operationsManaging cash handling, reconciliations and incident reportingAssisting with stock control,
