About the role
We are looking for an administration assistant to support our Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre location. The role is 0.66EFT (50hrs a fortnight) working across 5 days (preferred times: 9am – 2:30pm inclusive of 30min lunch break).
The Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre supports clients attending within the Integrated Community Health Services directorate. We offer outpatient allied health and nursing services to the local community.
The role will be providing reception based activities to our Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre including but not limited to client day to day management, invoicing for appointments, supporting clinic management across ICHS and supporting agreement completion for CHSP funded clients. We are open to job sharing this position.
