At RSM Australia, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Practice Coordinator to join our Melbourne Business Advisory team.

you'll be the central point of coordination for client onboarding, offboarding, compliance administration, and practice support activities.Working closely with our Business Advisory team, you'll ensure clients experience a professional, efficient, and seamless journey while maintaining the accuracy of records, compliance obligations, and administrative processes.Your responsibilities will include:Client Onboarding & Client AdministrationManaging client onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finishCoordinating engagement documentation, client acceptance procedures, and AML/CTF requirementsMaintaining accurate client records and documentationLiaising with clients and engagement teams to gather information and resolve outstanding mattersASIC & Corporate ComplianceProcessing ASIC annual reviews, company changes, incorporations, trust establishments, and statutory lodgementsMaintaining company registers and corporate recordsMonitoring outstanding documentation, signatures, and compliance requirementsActing as a key liaison between clients, ASIC, and internal stakeholdersATO AdministrationSupporting client linking, registrations, authority updates, and client record maintenanceManaging routine ATO correspondence and enquiriesMonitoring assessments, lodgement status, and compliance mattersMaintaining accurate records of actions and outcomesPractice SupportManaging electronic filing and document management systemsAssisting with workflow coordination, reporting,
and administrative activitiesSupporting process improvement initiatives across the teamProviding responsive and professional support to both clients and colleaguesAbout you:We're looking for someone who understands the pace and complexity of a public practice environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.You'll bring:Minimum 3 years' experience within a public practice accounting or business advisory firmStrong experience in client onboarding, client administration, and workflow coordinationSolid ASIC compliance and corporate secretarial experienceExperience with ASIC annual reviews, company changes, corporate registers, and statutory lodgementsExposure to ATO Online Services for Agents, Client Portal, and tax lodgement systemsExperience using CAS 360 or similar corporate compliance softwareStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client serviceLife at RSM:RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
