Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.Main Role Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areasProvide assistance to the ChefsKeep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasherThe Ideal Candidate Must Have:Previous experience as a Kitchen HandExperience in a fast-paced restaurant setting advantageousDemonstrated organisational, time management skillsMust be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the roleAvailable to work a rotating roster, including days, nights,
