This opportunity is key to coordinating seamless residential entrance operations, including guest greeting and assistance, driveway and door activities, and the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles.
You'll work closely with other departments across the property to ensure smooth, detailed and holistic experiences.Our Residential Doorperson team work across a rotating roster, where you'll need flexibility to commit to shifts between 7 am and ***** pm.
Rosters are provided in advance and include a predictable mix of day, evening and weekend shifts – giving you the opportunity to enjoy a work/life balance.You'll be:Delivering personalised and professional service experiences to residents and their guests, ensuring a warm and engaging presence on the drivewayExecuting core arrival and departure services, including luggage handling, vehicle coordination and driveway managementCoordinating the accurate and timely delivery of resident items,
