We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Phone Sales Officer to join our Bunbury branch.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team environment where you'll build strong customer relationships, develop your product knowledge, and help keep our customers' businesses moving.Job DescriptionAs a Phone Sales Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while supporting branch sales and operations.You'll work closely with customers, account managers, and the broader branch team to process orders, manage enquiries, and ensure customers receive the right products when they need them.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service and support branch sales activitiesRespond to inbound customer calls and email enquiriesProcess customer orders, invoices, credits, and quotes accuratelyAssist customers with product enquiries and order status updatesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport stock management activities,
