We are seeking experienced Appian professionals to join our team in Sydney, Australia, covering three key roles
Appian Architect,Appian Solution Designer, and Appian Developer.
These positions are pivotal in delivering scalable, high-performance Appian solutions for enterprise clients and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Appian Architect
Define end-to-end architecture for Appian solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Lead technical strategy, solution design, and best practices for Appian-based digital transformation projects.Guide teams in integrating Appian with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, RPA, AI, legacy applications).
Conduct technical reviews, performance optimizations, and governance enforcement.Provide architectural guidance on low-code, BPM, case management, and automation solutions.Mentor Appian developers and solution designers, ensuring quality standards and compliance with Appian best practices.
Appian Solution Designer
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Appian solutions.Design end-to-end Appian workflows, process models, and user interfaces to align with business needs.Define data models, integrations, and security models to ensure robust implementations.Collaborate with architects and developers to refine Appian designs and enhance usability.Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), requirement workshops, and stakeholder presentations.Ensure Appian designs follow governance, security, and compliance guidelines.




Appian Developer
Develop enterprise-grade Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.Implement Appian plug-ins, expressions, smart services, and custom UI components.Integrate Appian applications with external APIs, databases, and automation tools.Debug and optimize Appian applications for scalability and performance.Work closely with solution designers and architects to ensure smooth implementation of designs.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Appian solutions.
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development and design.Strong expertise in low-code automation, BPM, and case management using Appian.Experience integrating Appian with REST, SOAP, RPA, cloud, and legacy systems.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Appian CI/CD pipelines.Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to align solutions with strategic goals.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Appian certifications (Lead Developer / Solution Architect / Designer) preferred.
