About the Role:
Join our team as a Clinical Nurse and take the next step in your paediatric nursing career.
This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to infants, children and adolescents while developing specialised clinical, leadership and service development skills.
You'll be supported to grow from a competent to a proficient practitioner, mentor and develop less experienced staff, contribute to education, and take ownership of portfolios that align with your career goals and professional development.

What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a current or eligible practising certificate.
Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice.
Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to support and develop less experienced staff.
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work independently, while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Sound knowledge of nursing standards, legislation, quality improvement and contemporary healthcare, with experience in staff education and Microsoft Office.
Desired Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications in nursing, human services or a related discipline.
Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice,



including applying nursing research to clinical practice.
Strong teamwork and digital skills, with knowledge of the South Australian Public Health System and contemporary nursing issues.
