Responsibilities
Design and execute menus that reflect the signature French bistro style with a twist.Lead kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality standards.Oversee stock control, food costs, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability.Manage and mentor a small team,



fostering a positive and professional work environment.Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
About you
3-5 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role.
French or European culinary techniquesno Michelin stars required, just outstanding food!
Professional attitude with a hands-on approach.
Organised, clean, and efficientable to thrive in a small kitchen.
Business-minded, with an understanding of food and labour costs.
Long tenure in past rolesthis is for someone committed to the industry.
