The RoleReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will sit at the centre of project delivery, acting as the bridge between design, engineering, and construction teams.
Working across both pre-construction and delivery phases, you will coordinate BIM workflows, manage and integrate models from multiple stakeholders, and drive clash-free outcomes.
This is a hands-on role combining coordination, modelling, and stakeholder engagement, where your ability to bring structure, clarity, and technical insight will directly influence project performance.
Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesPrepare and support BIM workflows across design and construction phasesCoordinate and aggregate BIM models from consultants and subcontractorsPerform clash detection and produce detailed coordination reportsMaintain BIM models, object libraries,



and CAD standardsSupport construction planning through 4D simulations and quantity take-offsEnsure adherence to BIM execution plans and project standardsCollaborate closely with engineering and site teams to resolve design conflictsProvide BIM support for scheduling, costing, and project coordinationAssist in value engineering and buildability improvementsDeliver BIM training and support to project stakeholders
