In this role, you'll:
Lead the operational effectiveness of the Fare Compliance Unit through the development and execution of deployment strategies, operational performance management and reporting, and workforce capability and training initiatives.
Develop and implement revenue protection, business improvement and business support initiatives that maximise compliance outcomes, protect revenue and support strategic and operational objectives.
Build team-oriented relationships across the Transport Cluster to strengthen information sharing, maximise compliance outcomes and support revenue protection objectives.
Qualifications:
You bring relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role within a complex operational environment.
You have demonstrated experience leading operational planning, deployment strategies, performance or support functions. Your ability to analyse information from multiple sources and translate insights into practical actions will see you excel in informing operational decision‐making, workforce capability initiatives and performance outcomes.
You're recognised for building strong stakeholder relationships,
skilled at navigating competing operational priorities and leading teams through change and continuous improvement.
