You'll be responsible for setting up and packing down spaces for conferences, banquets and events, moving furniture and equipment, and helping create the right environment for everything from small meetings to large-scale celebrations.You'll work across a variety of spaces, both indoors and outdoors, in a quick-paced and dynamic environment where every shift can be different.Your ResponsibilitiesSet up and pack down conference, banquet and event spacesMove tables, chairs, staging, equipment and other heavy items safely and efficientlyPrepare both small meeting rooms and large event spaces for a variety of functionsAssist with outdoor event set-ups and pack-downsEnsure event spaces are clean,



organised and presented to a high standardWork closely with the Food & Beverage and Events teams to ensure smooth event operationsAssist with general Food & Beverage duties from time to time, including supporting service and maintaining clean and organised areasFollow safe manual handling practices and workplace proceduresBe ready to jump in and help wherever neededQualificationsWe're looking for someone who:Is energetic, reliable and enjoys a hands-on roleIs physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and moving equipmentEnjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIs comfortable working both indoors and outdoorsHas a positive attitude and is willing to learnHas good communication and time management skillsIs flexible and available across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and overnight shiftsPrevious hospitality, events or warehouse experience is helpful but not essentialAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
