The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing (Collaborative Centre) is a Victorian public entity supporting system-wide reform and the development of a learning mental health system across Victoria. The Collaborative Centre is deeply committed to achieving its vision of better mental health and wellbeing for all Victorians through collaborating and learning together. In our system stewardship role, we strengthen system learning and workforce capability by bringing together researchers, practitioners, Lived and Living Experience experts, workforce educators and policy makers to translate evidence into innovative practice to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes for Victorians.
About the role:
The Lived and Living Experience Partnerships Officer supports the delivery of the Lived and Living Experience Workforce Development Program, which aims to strengthen opportunities for people with Lived and Living Experience to develop, progress and participate across the mental health and wellbeing workforce.
Working as part of the Sector Partnerships (LLE) team, the role supports the delivery of funded workforce development initiatives through project coordination, partner and contract administration, stakeholder engagement, governance, commissioning and reporting.

About you:
Lived or living experience as a family member, carer, supporter or kin of someone with mental health and/or alcohol and other drug challenges with the ability to contextualise that experience in a professional role is mandatory.
Ability to work in ways that support partnership, shared learning, cultural safety and respectful engagement with people and organisations across the Lived and Living Experience sector is mandatory.
