We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Warner!
This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing inclusive, play based learning programs that foster children's development.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional and cognitive growth.
Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play and interactive experiences.
Ensuring compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high quality early childhood education and care.
Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.

deep understanding
of children's developmental stages and are excited about implementing best practices.
You're a

who loves working in a vibrant, supportive environment.
You have a strong knowledge of
NQS, EYLF
, and the
Education and Care Services National Regulations.
Leadership experience is preferred.
What You'll Need:
At least 1 year of work experience
Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
National Child Safety training.
Desirable: Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Training.
