Key responsibilities include:/n

- Learning and developing Microsoft Data Platform solutions

/n

- Maintaining existing data platforms, Power BI reports, and Microsoft Fabric developments

/n

- Supporting data-related initiatives across the IT Services team

/n

- Assisting with data maintenance, reporting, and analysis activities

/n

- Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues

/n

- Ensuring compliance with Council policies, legislative requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity standards

/n

- Providing high-quality customer service and stakeholder support

/n

What you’ll need to succeed/n

/n

- Tertiary qualifications (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

/n





- Experience providing client-focused data development and maintenance services

/n

- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern Microsoft Data Platforms

/n

- Knowledge of Microsoft data development technologies and reporting tools

/n

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

/n

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

/n

Desirable/n

/n

- Exposure to data management and governance practices

/n

- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data solutions

/n

- Knowledge of Power BI and related Microsoft ecosystem technologies

/n
