Fast & Curious ELC Kanahooka is a brand-new, 66-place early learning service in Kanahooka, preparing to welcome our first children and families.

We’re building our founding team and looking for educators who want to be part of something from the very beginning — helping shape our culture, practice and the experience we create for children and families from day one.

- Early Childhood Teachers (ECT)

- Room Leaders

- Diploma Qualified Educators

- Certificate III Qualified Educators

ABOUT YOU

While each role has different responsibilities, we're looking for people who share some important qualities:

- Experienced in early childhood education and genuinely enjoy working with children

- Warm, professional and confident in building relationships with children and families

- A team player who communicates openly and respectfully

- Reliable, organised and willing to take initiative

- Committed to creating an environment where children are secure, heard, respected and empowered

- Understand that child safety is everyone’s responsibility and are confident speaking up when something doesn’t feel right

- Inclusive and respectful of every child’s individual strengths,



needs and identity

YOU’LL ALSO NEED

- An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care relevant to the position (Graduate Diplomas are not suitable)

- Current NSW Working With Children Check

- Current First Aid, including current CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

- Full working rights in Australia

- Availability Monday to Friday across our operating hours, on a rotating roster

- For ECT positions, current NESA accreditation or eligibility to obtain it
