The Role
Taking ownership of an established and growing portfolio, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing approximately 150 residential properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing repairs, maintenance and renovations
- Conducting outgoing inspections
- Managing bond claims and disputes
- Attending NCAT matters when required
- Assisting with inspections where needed
- Ensuring a high level of communication and client service
- General portfolio administration
About You
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to join a business where they can continue developing their career.
You will have:
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Strong landlord and tenant relationship skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Confidence managing NCAT, bonds and maintenance
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A professional and personable nature
