About the role

As a Weekend Barista / Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering memorable Guest experiences across our café. This role is mainly for Saturday and Sunday daytime service, with the possibility of additional shifts during school holidays, events, and busy periods. From making coffee and serving meals to assisting Guests and keeping the venue clean and welcoming, you will be part of a friendly Team that takes pride in creating a relaxed and memorable experience for every Guest.

Key responsibilities

- Provide warm, friendly, and skilled service to all Guests
- Take orders, make coffee, mix and serve drinks
- Operate POS systems and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness across dining areas, counters,



and workstations

About you

- Positive, energetic, and Guest-focused
- Barista experience (2 years required)
- Thrive in a collaborative Team culture
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- RSA certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Available to work weekends and during school holiday periods
- Work authorisation for Australia
