We are looking for Full Time Commercial Cleaners to join our Townsville operations.

These are permanent full-time positions working 38 hours per week across commercial and government client sites in Townsville.

About the Role

We provide commercial cleaning services across multiple facilities in Townsville. We are expanding our team to support both daytime amenities cleaning and after-hours general cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of amenities, offices and common areas
• Vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning
• Waste removal and replenishment of consumables
• Operation of commercial cleaning equipment
• Compliance with WHS procedures and company standards
• Working independently and within a team

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent positions, 38 hours per week
• Some roles predominantly daytime shifts between 6:00am and 3:00pm
• Some roles predominantly evening shifts between 4:00pm and 12:00am
• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required
• Flexibility required to meet operational demands

Salary





Annual salary range starting at $53,510 per year for daytime cleaning + Super per annumu.

Underpinned by Full time Cleaning Services Award rates.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Reliable transport to travel to Townsville work sites

• Ability to work across multiple sites in Townsville
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months) as required for client sites
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Good communication skills in English for safety and compliance purposes
• Ability to follow written work instructions and site procedures
• Willingness to undertake mandatory WHS and compliance training

We provide full training, uniforms, equipment and ongoing support.
