About the Role

We have an exciting short-term opportunity for an experienced Procurement Analyst to join a well-known government-linked organisation in the Sydney CBD. This is a flex role - 3 days in office and 2 WFH or 5 days in the office if you prefer, 5 days per week for 3 weeks, paying $50 per hour + super.
You will support the procurement team with end-to-end coordination, documentation, and compliance activities — hitting the ground running from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating procurement processes and maintaining accurate contract records
- Drafting and reviewing procurement documentation and evaluation reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and governance frameworks
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Analysing and validating procurement data




- Supporting evaluation committees and stakeholder liaison

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a procurement, contracts, or purchasing support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel — non-negotiable
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working on-site in the CBD 5 days per week
- Available to start immediately
