About the role:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be working from home speaking with warm leads and customers from across Australia. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, educating them on our water filtration solutions, preparing quotations, following up opportunities, and helping customers move forward with the right solution for their home.

You'll be responsible for managing your sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, and achieving sales and performance targets..

What we provide:

1. $70,000 Base Salary + Super

2. Uncapped commissions with realistic OTE of $100,000+

What we need from you:

- Previous experience in sales, telesale is strictly required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

- Robust computer skills and attention to detail

- Ability to accurately maintain CRM records and customer notes

- Reliable laptop or computer

- Stable high-speed internet connection

- Professional headset with microphone

- Mobile phone and active WhatsApp account

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Student mentality and willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to achieve KPI and sales targets
