About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, customer service, and team performance for a busy mobile automotive service zone based in Silverwater, NSW.

Duties

- Manage daily scheduling and job allocation for a team of mobile technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff
- Coordinate rescheduling, operational adjustments, and purchase order processing to ensure efficient service delivery
- Act as the primary contact for technicians and customers, handling updates, enquiries, and escalations
- Lead, coach, and support team members through performance management and development initiatives
- Monitor key operational KPIs including efficiency, revenue, customer satisfaction,



and team productivity

Skills and experience

- Proven experience in operations management, workshop control, field service coordination, or team leadership
- Strong people management and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Sound automotive or mechanical understanding; trade background highly regarded
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and a current Australian Driver's License
