About the role

NKA Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader (Diploma Holder) to join our team in South Wentworthville, NSW. This part-time role is responsible for guiding and supporting our early childhood educators in providing high-quality educational programs for children in our care.

What you'll be doing

- Develop, implement and evaluate the centre's educational program to ensure it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework

- Coach and mentor educators to continually improve their teaching practices and support children's learning and development

- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to curriculum planning and delivery

- Liaise with families to understand their needs and incorporate their input into the program

- Maintain records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements

- Identify opportunities for professional development and support the ongoing training of the team

What we're looking for

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent

- Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader or in a similar pedagogical role

- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families and the wider team

- Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team of early childhood educators

- Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional educational outcomes
