About the role

The Employment Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Lovisa's employment compliance framework across all jurisdictions in which the business operates.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure employment practices, documentation, systems and controls comply with applicable employment legislation, industrial instruments and Lovisa policies and procedures

- Monitor legislative change

- Conduct risk-based employment compliance audits

- Oversee corrective actions

- Strengthen employment lifecycle controls

- Provide practical compliance advice to People & Talent and business leaders

- Promote consistent, legally compliant and operationally effective employment practices across Lovisa

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant employment law, workplace relations, audit, risk or compliance qualification is desirable

- Experience in employment compliance, HR compliance, workplace relations, employment law, audit or risk within a multinational, multi-site or highly regulated organisation

- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, employment lifecycle controls and documentation requirements,



with the ability to coordinate obligations across multiple jurisdictions

- Demonstrated audit, analytical, reporting and project management capability, with exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, confidentiality, sound judgement and confidence to escalate non-compliance
