A leading global investment bank is seeking a high-calibre Associate/VP to join its established team. The role presents an opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of high-quality transactions, advising leading Australian corporates, sponsors and financial institutions across a range of complex M&A; and strategic advisory mandates.

The successful candidate will play a key role across the origination and execution of transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the process. The position offers significant responsibility across financial analysis, transaction execution, client engagement and junior team leadership,



with exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to take ownership across live mandates.

The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of investment banking or M&A; experience gained within a leading global investment bank, independent advisory platform or high-quality corporate finance environment. Solid technical capability across financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution is essential, alongside a demonstrated track record of delivering complex transactions and operating effectively in a high-performance team environment.
