Alongside working with talented people in an Exceeding service, you’ll have the opportunity to learn in our beautiful, purpose-built workplace, converted to create an inspiring and engaging space for both children and Educators.

About the role:

- Begin your career in Early Childhood Education as a trainee
- Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development
- Learn how to create safe, engaging and inclusive environments
- Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions with children




- Work full time andhave yourCertificate III in Early Childhood Educationcourse paid forwhile gaining hands-on experience
- Receive mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support from leaders and peers

- Strong communicator who values teamwork and collaboration
- Able to follow directions, safety procedures and centre guidelines

Requirements:

- A valid Working with Children Check
- Complete aProhibition Declaration as part of the recruitment process
- This is a full time role with a rostered day off once a month
- No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and commitment to learning
