Anglicare NT in Darwin is seeking a YHOPP Case Manager to provide intensive, trauma-informed and youth-focused case management for young people aged 10 to 25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Working within a strengths-based, culturally safe framework, you will help clients access safe accommodation, build independent living skills, and connect with services through outreach, assessment and cooperative planning. This is a short-term 12-month, part-time role (3 days per week).
