About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is welcoming expressions of interest from dedicated Primary Years Teacher Assistants who are seeking casual work in 2027. Provide flexible classroom and student support, assisting teachers to maintain engaging, inclusive and well-supported learning environments for Primary Years students.

What You Bring
- A relevant Certificate III/IV in Education Support, and relevant experience in a Primary School setting.
- Ability to support the learning, wellbeing and development of primary-aged students.
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable approach to supporting a variety of classroom environments.
- Solid communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commitment to inclusive education, student wellbeing and maintaining professional confidentiality.
- Commitment to the College's Christian ethos and values.
