RGIT Australia is seeking an entry-level Shoe Maker to join our footwear production team in Silverwater, NSW. This casual, temporary position offers on-the-job training across material prep, leather cutting, shoe assembly, sole bonding, quality checks and packing.

No prior shoemaking experience is required; you will learn each stage under supervision, focusing on practical workmanship, attention to detail and consistent work pace.
