Identitywa is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our Shared Living team in East Cannington, WA. This part-time role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to contribute to meaningful daily living support for participants with disabilities.

You will provide person-centred assistance, assist with community access and help participants achieve personal goals, in a supportive, cooperative environment.
