We are currently seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our Urgent Care team and provide both clinical and operational leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to combine hands‑on clinical care with leadership in a fast‑paced Urgent Care environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting the nursing team
- Coordinating patient flow and daily clinical operations
- Triage and assessment of urgent presentations




- Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
- Assisting with staff onboarding, training and development

About You

- Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, Acute Care or a similar workplace
- Strong triage, assessment and clinical decision‑making skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and team culture
