What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria)

You are looking for someone who can:

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve agreed business and project outcomes.
- Create a positive and collaborative team culture, even in challenging situations.
- Lead complex project delivery, using strong problem-solving, risk management, procurement and contract management skills.
- Set clear expectations and hold people accountable, while ensuring resources are used effectively and continuously improving ways of working.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with councils, developers, government agencies and other key partners.
- Think strategically and make decisions that align with the organisation’s broader goals and direction.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- Tertiary qualification in engineering or related discipline
- Driver’s License
- Involve evening or weekend work including occasional overnight travel
- You may be required to undertake a medical or other safety compliance requirement
