CSR is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at Brendale, QLD. This full time role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and focuses on people and process leadership to safeguard health, safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct.

You will champion a safety-first culture, supervise rotating shifts, ensure product quality, and work with cross-functional peers to drive improvements while maintaining strong on-site leadership and engagement.
