InterContinental Adelaide is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – MICE to join our Sales team on a 12-month parental leave contract, with a preferred start date mid‑November 2026.

You will proactively source and convert recent MICE business, develop relationships with PCOs, associations, meeting planners and key clients, and drive strategies to grow revenue, room nights and profitability.
