Join a leading hospitality and events organisation delivering exceptional experiences across some of Canberra's most distinctive event spaces.

Your new role

- Manage the end-to-end event process from enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with venue and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution, including bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post-event follow-up.
- Respond to event enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct venue tours and client consultations.
- Prepare proposals, event orders, contracts and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, social and private event clients.
- Maintain accurate records across event management systems and CRM platforms.
- Monitor sales activity and contribute to revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and recent client relationships.

About the Candidate

- Previous experience in event sales, event coordination, hospitality or venue management.




- Track record of delivering corporate events from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience preparing event documentation, quotations and client proposals.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of sales targets and revenue generation.
- Confident coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management or CRM systems; experience with iVvy and Fedelta, or similar systems.
