Valuable Drinks Australia is seeking an Assistant Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging floor and drive Small Pack and Keg line performance. You’ll coach 8–10 staff, coordinate with Brewing, Maintenance, Quality and Warehouse, and uphold safety, quality and 5S standards.
The role follows a 3-week rotating roster across day, afternoon and night shifts, with a focus on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to keep production on track.
