Little Zak's Academy Rozelle is seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) & Educational Leader to join our purpose-built centre. You will support the Director with leadership, compliance and curriculum development, mentoring the educator team and ensuring high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF (V2.0) and NQS.

You will act as Responsible Person in the Director's absence, lead staff inductions and ongoing professional development, and build solid relationships with children,
