Service Stream are seeking a Road Maintenance Leading Hand to join us from our Frankston region. The role leads the on-site Civil Maintenance Crew, supports the Civil Maintenance Supervisor, and ensures work is carried out safely with high quality and productivity.
You will manage field staff and contractors, maintain safety compliance, coordinate equipment and deliveries, and contribute to KPI achievement while providing solid customer service to the client and community.
