Key Responsibilities:

- Set reservation policies and standards, ensuring guest details and preferences are captured accurately across all channels.
- Manage inventory and room allocations to maximise occupancy and revenue.
- Recruit, train and coach a high-performing reservations team.
- Resolve escalated guest issues and ensure consistently excellent service.
- Shape pricing, promotions and packages with Operations and Sales & Marketing.




- Own the reservations budget and report on occupancy, revenue and KPIs.
- Keep systems and processes optimised for the team and the guest.

What You'll Bring:

- Experience in reservations or a similar hotel role, with systems knowledge (Opera, iVvy).
- Strong leadership: sets expectations, empowers and coaches the team.
