NSW Health - Royal North Shore Hospital NICU Social Work Department seeks a Senior Social Worker to support families of premature and sick babies within a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on high-level social work service, discharge planning and advocacy for family needs.

Applicants should have a Social Work degree with AASW eligibility, advanced clinical skills, and the ability to lead teaching and quality improvement activities across the NICU and maternity services.
