The City of Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Asset Management Officer to strengthen asset management practices across the organisation. You will work with Infrastructure Gold Coast and broader City teams to drive improvement initiatives and coordinate annual asset revaluation activities.

You will embed asset management principles, review plans for quality and alignment, and develop governance documentation to support informed decision-making and long-term asset resilience.
