Pullman East Melbourne is seeking a passionate pastry qualified to join our award-winning kitchen. You’ll contribute across Conferences & Events, Banquets, À La Carte, Coffee Breaks, Afternoon Tea and other F&B; outlets and events, delivering high-quality pastry with creativity and consistency.
Ideal candidates will have a Trade Qualification in Patisserie or Pastry, strong food safety knowledge, and the ability to work quickly in a busy hotel environment while maintaining attention to detail.
