What Do You Need to Be Successful?

- Workingtowards or holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Avalid WWCC/Blue Card
- Trainingin Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledgeof Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
- Agenuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communicationskills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships withfamilies and the community
