CatholicCare on the Central Coast is seeking passionate, resilient Youth Workers to join the team in permanent part time and casual positions. You will support young people aged 12–17 with complex needs, building stability, trust and growth through meaningful relationships and activities.
Experience in trauma-informed care, strong communication and the ability to work across rosters is essential. Rosters include mornings, afternoons, nights, sleepovers, and weekends.
