Thomas Scaffolding is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our Forster team. You will lead site crews on scaffold erection, modification and dismantling, while staying hands-on and enforcing safety standards.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of scaffolding experience in a supervisory role, with a valid Advanced Scaffolding Licence and White Card, and the ability to read drawings. Opportunities include travel incentives and path to full time in a supportive team environment.
